To change language just open launcher
- click configure
- then the welcome page shows up, just click the one below that that is video setting.
- then click the 6th drop box the select the first one
- close the Config. Utility then click configure again to verify.

In the launcher screen the upper left selection is Configuration.
In the config menu click on the monitor image in the upper left menu. There’s a drop down menu above a greyed out menu. (The greyed out menu is the audio language which is always in english.) In the above menu select английски – Russian for English. Then on the tool bar select the Dragon Age II tab, the first option is save settings. Click this. Presto! It’s in English.
